Use of LifePilot

LifePilot AI is a reminder, organization, family coordination, and informational assistant. You remain responsible for monitoring important deadlines, appointments, medications, bills, registrations, legal obligations, and safety information.

Reminder and Notification Disclaimer

Notifications may be delayed, blocked by device settings, suppressed by Focus Mode or battery optimization, fail due to network outages, or fail due to third-party provider issues. LifePilot cannot guarantee delivery of reminders or notifications.

AI Disclaimer

AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or misunderstood. AI suggestions are informational only and should be independently verified before relying on them.

Medical, Financial, and Legal Disclaimer

LifePilot is not a healthcare provider, medical device, financial advisor, tax advisor, legal advisor, attorney, or emergency service. Do not rely on LifePilot for diagnosis, treatment, investment, tax, legal, or emergency decisions.

Advisories and OCR

Weather, traffic, air quality, emergency, transit, OCR, and document extraction features may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Users must verify important information from authoritative sources.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to App Store terms. Cancellation, renewal, and refund rules may be controlled by Apple or the applicable billing provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifePilot is not responsible for losses from missed reminders, notification failures, AI errors, OCR errors, third-party provider failures, or user reliance on app output.
