Notifications are not arriving

Check iOS Focus Mode, notification permissions, internet connection, and LifePilot notification preferences.

OCR upload cannot read a file

Upload PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF files. For iPhone photos, try screenshots, Files scans, or Camera Format: Most Compatible.

Family Hub visibility looks wrong

Confirm the item is shared with the family and that its visibility is Everyone, Adults Only, Kids Only, or Custom for the correct members.

AI assistant misunderstood a request

Use the reminder title and date when possible. LifePilot asks for confirmation before applying important changes.
